Nothing everything was great.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Cusco. The staff here was incredibly helpful and showed a lot of flexibility. They extended our stay without any additional fees and even cancelled our extra reservation upon our last-minute request. They also provided baggage storage and arranged a reliable taxi for us when we left. The hotel's location is perfect, just two blocks away from the main square and close to all the attractions in the historic center. The facilities are well-maintained and the shower always had hot water. The staff members were friendly, spoke English fluently, and provided excellent customer service.
All was good.
